Step3. Pick out what you prefer

You can find your desired items on our website http://www.weddingdressonlineshop.ca/ easily or you can click "contact us" to contact us to help you.

Step4. Add To Cart

When finding the items you will order, you just need to enter the size and color and then click "add to cart"

Step5. Confirm billing address and delivery address

There are summaries when you "add to cart" to re-confirm all your order details. And then please confirm your address.

Step6. Choose delivery

You can choose Standard (about 7-15 business days) or Expedited (about 3-5 business days) to ship your order. Or our service can help to find the best shipping method for your selection.

Step7. Pay

You can pay by Credit Card or PayPal.

We will send you order confirmation to your registered email within 24 hours after getting your payment, please check and confirm it as soon as possible. Your order will be confirmed automatically without any exchange, return and refund if you do not reply us after 5 days from the date we get your payment.

b. we will ship your dress(es) according to shipping details you have given on your order by express company and will email you tracking number

Step8. Check confirmation in loginned e-mail box

When your order is placed successfully, please kindly check your registered email to find your "Order Confirmation" email sent from service@weddingdressonlineshop.ca within 24 hours. If you did not get it, please email us immediately. It is very important!

Step9. Get agreement on all details

All orders must be confirmed within 5 days after we get full payment of your order. Otherwise, our system will change your order status automatically into "making your order" without any return, exchange and refund under any conditions, which are only for already paid orders. Please consider this carefully and if you have any questions, please contact us without any hesitation.

Step10. Production

We will make and sew your dress(es)within 2 or 3 weeks according to confirmation email stated and will not accept any exchange, refund and return under any circumstances.

Step11. Ship

We will ship your order within 15 working days (According to your shipping and delivery method) after we finish the production. We will recheck all the details of your order, including order styles, colors, sizes and shipping methods strictly according to confirmation email. Our customer service will send you the tracking number of the shipping for you to track online in person and we will also change your order status to be "shipped".

How to Measure

Bust

This is not your bra size, when measuring you must wear a bra. Your arms should be relaxed, and down at your sides. Then, take the tape across the fullest part of your bust and around your back.
Waist

This is the natural waistline, which is also the smallest part of your waist. Typically it`s about an inch above your belly button.
Hip

Please measure the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone, which is approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.
Hollow to Floor

This is the length from your hollow ( the hollow just under your neck ) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front, with bare foot ). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.
